What shipping options do you offer for domestic orders?

For orders in Italy, we offer three types of shipping: free shipping ONLY via InPost to a local collection point, standard shipping with Poste Italiane and express shipping with DHL.

What is the estimated delivery time for domestic shipments?

For free shipping via InPost to collection points, the maximum estimated delivery time is between 3 and 4 working days according to the courier. Standard shipping with Poste Delivery generally takes 3 working days, while express shipping with DHL guarantees delivery within 1-2 working days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier. The information indicated is based on what is guaranteed by the couriers.

Do you ship abroad or to Europe? What shipping services are available for these orders?

Yes, we also ship abroad and to Europe. We offer express international shipping with DHL and UPS, guaranteeing a fast and reliable service to destinations abroad or in Europe.

What are the shipping costs for domestic and international orders?

Free shipping via InPost to collection points in Italy does not involve any additional costs. The costs for standard shipping with Poste Italiane and express shipping with DHL have a fixed cost and will be displayed during checkout. For shipments abroad or in Europe with DHL or UPS, the costs will be indicated during the purchase phase.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, for all domestic and international shipments, we offer tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment until delivery.

Can I return or replace a product if I purchase it in Italy?
